for LSKC students

At LSKC we wish to direct students to on-line video material that we consider to be of particular interest or merit.

By clicking on the links in the column opposite you'll be able to watch various demonstrations posted by
YouTube users that we feel will help you in your practice of Shotokan Karate. As with all on-line video, you
need a reasonably fast service from your internet service provider (ISP) in order to take advantage of this facility.

NOTE: After viewing the selected video hit the back arrow on your browser to return to this page.

Most of the videos here are of JKAE Chief Instructor Sensei Yoshinobu Otha 7th Dan JKA (or his predecessor the late Sensei Keinosuke Enoeda 9th Dan JKA) performing either kata or shotokan technique.

If you are a beginner we would draw your attention to the link Kihon Kata. This is the first Kata you must learn.

At some future point we hope to post videos featuring LSKC Chief Instructor Sensei Roy Tomlin 6th Dan JKA demonstrating key aspects of Shotokan Karate technique.
