Lewisham Shotokan Karate Centre is an ideal place to learn Karate. The head instructor is a local Lewisham man Sensei Roy Tomlin MBE. He has been teaching both kids and adults the martial art of Karate for over 30 years and is one of the most senior instructors in the UK and Europe. He has competed for his country, won numerous medals and has taught countless students through the years, including some who have gone on to represent England in international competitions.
