6th April 08 - Interclub competition A very well attended tournament at the St Mary's Centre, Lewisham, from a number of local clubs, namely: Beckenham, South London Karate, Tairoku Shotokan Karate Club, Walham Forest JKA, Chikara Woman's Shotokan Karate Academy and Blackheath. Starting with Kata and concluding with Kumite from junior to senior grades., over 75 entrants participated across a variety of different categories. The standard was extremely high which is a credit all those who took part. Next.....the JKA Nationals in July! We would like to thank all the parents, judges, referees and competitors for what was a well attended event. Many thanks and congratulations to all those who took part. [Results to follow shortly]
